Within 45 days of shipping date, you may return your merchandise for a full refund, less any original or return shipping fees, by following these two rules:

(1) Send the product back in 100% factory fresh condition.
(2) Don’t Scratch It.

Be careful with powder-coated, anodized or painted parts and other items that may be easily marred. Do not install equipment until you decide to keep it, and wrap items carefully in protective material before returning them

Non-Returnable Items

• • • Items that have clear visible signs of having been installed or used.
  • • Light bulbs, relays, and fuses that have been removed from the manufacturer’s sealed packaging.
  • • Items shipped more than 45 days ago.

If you have trouble with your 2 x 2 Cycles product after the return timeline has passed, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help you in any way we can, such as replacing the item under the 2 x 2 Cycles warranty.
